VP Compliance Manager - Banking Growing Bank in the Fairfield area is searching for a motivated VP Compliance Manager to start immediately. As a VP Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for the management of risk assessments in accordance to federal compliance and state regulations, the review of current assessment methodologies, implementing regulatory requirements, proper testing/documentation and process improvements. You will also take the lead in presenting your findings to other departments and Officers within the organization. Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in a banking environment with a blend of compliance, risk management and regulatory knowledge. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a must and an MBA and/or CPA is a plus. Base salary up to 130K plus benefits.
